1. Can I purchase GlobalCredit without having a GlobalCredit account?
Purchasing GlobalCredit is the same as getting a GlobalCredit account. Once you have an account, you can use all the services under GlobalCredit.
2. How do I register for a GlobalCredit account?
You can register online at our website for your GlobalCredit account, a simple one-time process. Get an account and register.
3.What types of accounts do I need for which services?
You only need to open and maintain one GlobalRoam account for all our Internet & Communications services.
4. Is there some form of confirmation after I have registered? How do I register my account?And how do I start using my credits?
After registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from GlobalRoam. You must click on the email to activate your account. You can log into your account using the mobile number and PIN you chose during your account sign up. Once your account is activated, you can begin to use our services.
5. Can I keep more than one account?
For the sake of your privacy and security, you can only keep one account .
6. Can my account expire?
Your account will expire when your GlobalCredit balance remains zero for 6 months. We will issue an email reminder to top-up your account before your account expires.
7. What can I do with my account?
Your GlobalRoam Account is an online statement of all your GlobalRoam activities. Upon completion of your account registration, you will be able to:
1. Review your GlobalRoam usage activities,
2. Check your GlobalCredit balance,
3. Purchase GlobalCredit, and other GlobalRoam services
4. Update your user particulars
5. Trigger WorldMobile
6. Manage your phone book
8. How do I view/edit my account?
You can view-edit your account online when you log-in to your account at Account Log In.
